New 2022 official track logo update for RT Suzuka 20.02.2022 1.2

Grrrr... spotted a couple of things that needed fixing. Moved the new logo to the correct s/f gantry, reinstated the Pirelli gantry, added some colour to the flags, corrected some more mapping issues and did some other minor tweaks. Also took some liberties with the marshal hut logos and colouring.
Not sure how many people will use this skin... the new circuit logo sucks corpse ass.
