multiclass fast start for various IMSA and WEC tracks 1.0.1

In the preparation for the upcoming Laguna Seca IMSA race on 1st of May, I've added the track to this mod.

I haven't done much modding or sim racing since Russia invaded Ukraine (my home country), but I decided to do this small addition, since people were asking for more tracks.

Now you can do multiclass racing on SPA, starting from the first lap
There are 40 spawn locations, inspired by this mod, however SPA has only ~30 cars in 6 hours of SPA WEC race IRL and I don't recommend more than 30 - the track is not Le Mans, and traffic is way to heavy for my taste. 25-30 is quite enough, IMO. Mix up GT and LMP2 cars generously for some interesting double-overtaking moments and 2-4 cars car-trains. I highly recommend remastered facelift extension too

As was reported by Gonzo49ers, I mixed up ui json file for old sebring.
This is a hotfix for this small error.

The king of multiclass racing track is here, in it's full glory!
I have decided to made a mod for lemans2017 track, here on RD (v3.0) since:
- it is a legit version with no copyright disputes, afaik
- it is a very high-quality mod that still receives updates (I even prefer the look of it vs. forza rip)
- it is FPS friendly, which is very important for 40+ cars grids and VR
However, making this multiclass mods is quite easy - so maybe someone else will do the same for RT version.

somehow I've missed the amazing release of rt_sebring and did a mod for the older version of sebring (also from team reboot).
Let me know what other tracks you would like to race with GT traffic!
