Multi Team Career Helmet Pack 3.4.1

Added a copy paste version

Added a new multi helmet design

Added special alfa design

Removed missionwinnow logos

I fixed the visor issue and converted the files back to the normal dds file format

Finaly it works.

I hope i could fix this mod. I am not able to test it but i think i found the reason why the game crashed. Please try the mod but backup thr game fist.
