Conforms to AMS release v1.4.3 onwards

- Inserted new parameters in VEH files (gloves and updates)
- Updated SRS file with new layout (IMPORTANT: this series allows refuelling, while default Montana series don't)
- Set all talent files with Courtesy=99, in order to AI to collaborate with blueflags in race and non-flying laps in qualy.
- Set values for new talent file parameters 'StartSkill' and 'TireManagement', so AI cars now have different start reactions and different tire wear

- Changed series logo with a new one from @SCE_SR (thanks!!!)
- Updated default gloves with better-looking AlpineStarts black ones from @Hega (thanks!!!)
- Removed some teams' driver suits (layout has changed, and old ones loaded all buggy)
