Small Fixes

I noticed a few small errors since release and finally decided they needed fixing. Changes include:
- Fixes to a section of missing paint on the rear right fender
- Addition to the EXT config file to hide the lumirank meshes. This also seems to stop the numbers from appearing, so that's great.

I may eventually add the leader lights, but that means I have to learn to use blender so I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I forgot the UI file. I have now included the UI file.
