Added shadows

Both tracks are now surrounded with fog textures. This gives the impression that wisps of clouds are floating over the valleys and the city.

Changes to time, latitude and direction for a more sunset effect.

changed time, date and lights for more autumn and sunset feeling

in some places the street texture flickered. this should now be eliminated

the deer and some crowds along the route are now vegetation (if you want them back, check the backup folder)

sometimes the whole sky was flashing. in gtr2 it is fireworks, in race07 without function. this is removed
