Updates in wetnesslevels

In recent CSP-versions the wetness/spray levels were changed causing the weatherplan not being accurate any more. That's fixed now.

v3 must be used with Pure v0.203+ and new Pure Planner.

v3 must be used with Pure v0.203+ and Pure Planner. Download and unpack the json-file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\extension\config-ext\PurePlanner\Plans\Stamp and import in Pure Planner app or assign in session Weather-pulldown.

Changed wetnessvalues

I had to set fixed wetness/puddles values to get the track dry on time because of the 16x time multiplier. Changed weathertype for sundaymorning/afternoon to reflect reality better. If only I had one more weatherslot in the plan...
