Rev Light refined for HUD views after user feedbacks.

Now rev light lit when engine runs on higher rpm, nearly matching in-game lights so it can be helpful to when to shift. Don't forget to set gear up sound RPM to make shifting a little better

* Gear Up beep sound option added. Game already has this feature but that can not be heard if surround sound being used and headset not being used. This is a feature test. You can change at which RPM you want to hear the sound. Only available at HUD views.

Reduced app size nearly 60%. That not a big deal since app is small one, but might help reducing launching app times.

* Landscape button added to launch app always on landscape view
* Lock View button added to lock circuit view for accidental moves on drawings

* Drawing not appearing on screen bottom sometimes on some devices (Nexus 5 was reported) error fixed by showing Action Bar. If your device getting this error, after opening app click "Hide This Time" option from menu. If your device shows everything correctly, click "Hide Always" from menu, for hiding Action Bar forever.
* Added zoom buttons to Speedometer view for adjusting view according to device screen

This update fixes "not drawing screen correctly at the bottom of screen" error (ie. drawing goes off-screen) on some devices by not forcing landscape view. And it also add some devices to compatibility list. If you haven't got any issue about drawing you can skip this update

Sharing you best lap time added. Now you can share your lap times with other player and you could see the leaderboards at http://betone.co.uk/laptimes

App crash fixed when Lap Times view selected before any lap run. Please report any other crashes to be fixed fast.

App stopping after opening another app then switch back error fixed.
Saving telemetry errors fixed.

Delta time fewer than 10 sec shows two digits like +01.234. This update fixes that and shows like +1.234 instead. If delta become more than a minute, it will still show like +1.01.234 with two digits.

Raw HUD view updated to show delta time instead of lap time like in game HUD

You can now swipe to move, pinch to zoom circuit on Circuit View
Also you can hide existing zoom, move buttons from Options menu.
