Historic Tracks 0.8

- fixed broken Valentino Rossi 2001
- semi-fixed a broken camera before race start on Indianapolis
(still need to find better coordinates)

- added entries to IdealTrackTimes.bml for better qualy and races in dry conditions, based on latest and best sector times i could find per track and class on the official MGP site.
Please note that if a bike class never used a track, it I did not put in real lap and sector times.

- added Icon and Pictures for the tracks to mix into GfxPak.mix.
- temporaly removed Monza
- removed Intro-Video from game start

- added Indianapolis for all classes

since this is a MotoGP15 Track, it will need some rework from your side to make the skytextures work correct.

- fixed a bug where the tyre texture did not load properly on Assen2002 and Phakisa2004 in wet track conditions.
- fixed Laguna Seca qualifying for MotoGP class
- changed from normal to tucked-in boots for custom-rider

- fixed some stuff i have broken in 0.4
- added the option to use Monza from VRTG as a racetrack
- re-activated the missing bikes
- added the option to use Custom Rider with Historic Bikes
(I recommend using FourStrokes.mix and all the TwoStrokes***.mix files from VRTG, otherwise about half of the suits will not work)
- added LOD-fix from Total-FX mod
- removed useless files from Rally and Flattrack that were still in the database

just a new data.mix

- removed Ride2 tracks and the bikes that did not belong into MotoGP17 class, Ride2 tracks and other stuff will be seperate mod.

- removed some junk files from VRTG ("DATA\GHOST" folder in data.mix)

- added entries to Idealtracktimes.bml to make AI generate qualyfication laps and have overall better race pace on the historical tracks.
(moto2 and moto3 class still don't have entries, dunno where to pull that times from^^)

- unlocked some tracks for moto2/3
- added 500ccm Honda and 990ccm Kawasaki to MotoGP class^^

- added Nordschleife, UlsterGP and Northwest200
