good and bad weather 3.3

- overhauled broken cloud texture
- changed broken clouds (warm, cold), more detailed colors and clouds
- new "Unpredictable"-weather (dark clouds above, but sunny in the distance)
- modified ppfilter (much brighter brake lights, less shine)

!!! Before installing - please remove prior version completely !!!

- overhauled cirruscumulus texture (scattered clouds, overcast weather)
- new cloud texture for broken sky
- 2 new weather: broken clouds (warm, cold)
- moved the old broken clouds weather to overcast

- a lot of changes to the distance fog to get a realistic blueshift.
- tweaked colors (ambient, sun and skies) of many weathers

new "clear hazy" with dark horizon in the evening to simulate a dark orange tint of the distant sky.
