Edited fuel capacity so that cars can complete 100% GP race distances.
Fixed AI aero package not changing to low downforce setup correctly.

Formula Classic 1992 Skins/Performance/Reliablity Update

This updates my 1991 F1 skins/performance/reliability mod, to work in Automobilista.
It includes some new performance modifications which improve the overtaking by leaders when they are lapping slower cars.
