This is an excellent workaround for triples, that work very well. Just like ReShades "PerfectPerspective", but faster and with superior upscaling!
I use these settings for my 60 degrees 3x32" (including some graphics adjustments that may or may not suit everyone):
[SystemSettings]
r.DefaultFeature.DepthOfField=0
r.DepthOfFieldQuality=0
r.DefaultFeature.Bloom=0
r.BloomQuality=0
r.DefaultFeature.Lensflare=0
r.LensFlareQuality=0
r.TonemapperGamma=1.6
r.Upscale.Panini.D=1
r.Upscale.Panini.S=-0.1
r.Upscale.Panini.ScreenFit=0.5
r.Upscale.Quality=4

I added the above to mine recently to help with any blurriness or LOD issues if you are using drivers head cam. Depending on your specs, you can push some of those up higher and get an even better picture.
