I have now found a way to change driver names usinng Cheat Engine thanks to the work of weboy112345 on RaceDepartment.

I am working on a full exe to work within Cheat Engine and will update once fininshed

Hey guys! So as you might see the mod is currently undergoing maintenance for the liveries due to the F1 22 Sport Liveries Update. We assure you we are working as fast as we can to fix the liveries and below you can find a production screenshot from our Trello.
Fixing the already finished liveries are the main priority right now, then we will be working on the new liveries not already finished yet.
