Everest 0.15

- Changes to the starting zone.
- Holes in the road fixed.

Unfortunately I've lost most of the files I was using in developing this, so this was my final lot of updates to the track. It won't be upgraded anymore, if someone else wants to upgrade it further feel free.

- Fixed a small section of track broken by the reversion to dirt in the first section. It meant there was 0 traction in a steep part meaning it was impossible to climb.

Update 0.11
- Fixed Hot Lap position starting you on mountain (I think)
- Reverted first section of track to dirt.
- Pit should no longer be off the side of the road.
- Small road geometry change after the peak. The bump on the downhill was FAR too aggressive.
