- Raised sun level
- Sun saturation decreased
- Lowered specular
- Raised ambient saturation
- Lowered ambient level
- Custom fog (not too different from the default one so don't expect much)
People seem to be configuring the filter mostly in the contrast and saturation section, I also forgot that some people have weaker monitors so the last update could've gone a bit too far with the desaturation.
This update plans to compensate for the lower-end monitors (safety barrier) along with some additional things I changed.
After many tries, I decided to scrap the previous base and begin again using a color-neutral base. From there on I configured it to my liking.
The function to change the sky blue preset/strength is also back. The picture(s) here and on the overview has tiny bits of chromatic aberration. By default, it is turned off because it's a big hit or miss for each user. You can read more about it (like turning it on) in the "Extras" tab on the overview page.
And as always, feedback is appreciated!
Changelog:
.ini
.lua
- Lowered brightness, contrast, and saturation
- Removed filmic contrast
- Raised exposure
- Lowered gamma
(Very) old monitor backlight failed, bought a new monitor (factory calibration was fine) and filter looked nothing like I last remembered. I hope it looks more like I intended it to be now. Also just in time with the newly released Sol 2.2!
- Sky desaturated
- Raised sun level, and hue
- Raised ambient level
- Removed custom fog/smog
It might be a bit dark for some users, just a safety barrier so things don't get overexposed.
I'm also removing version numbers, it'll be replaced by the supported Sol version instead.
Some updates were supposed to be released months ago. Every time I got close to release, I was dissatisfied with something.
As always, feedback is appreciated!
Updated to the latest Sol version and I immediately noticed how dark my filter became.
This update is supposed to be a rushed hotfix for that so sorry if something looks a bit off, along with this update I have tweaked the filter with some changes I did between latest release and now.

I was quite happy with the last update, but when i checked the pictures on my phone the pictures seemed to lack a bit of colors. This update should patch that up a bit along with some other various improvements.

- Bit lighter
- Ambient adjustments
- Slightly less saturated
- Bit darker
- Fixed bug with godrays showing at night
