Some new textures

Hi guys

Here's a small update.

Was not happy with the default drain textures, very low res and was a bit distracting driving around so I decided to make my own one's.

If you don't like new drain textures you can copy textures from my download (Optional Default drain textures) into my skins folder.

Have made some small tweaks to other textures and included a new fire truck skin.

Update details v1.1:

- Background loading screens added
- New drain texture
- New drain nm texture
- New fire truck texture
- Reworked toilet track side texture
- Made some minor adjustments to several textures for perfect balance

N.B. Deactivate skins and reactivate new skins in Content Manager for new textures to show
