CADILLAC RACING - LE MANS & WEC 2024 & 2023 1.4

-Added Previews.

- Everything has been redone and 2023 skins for WEC and LE MANS has been added
- CLEAN INSTALL ADVISED

- Every sponsors has been adjusted, added or replaced to match reality
- New Ext Config to make the car stop disappearing from @Grumpy Fundee
- Also LOD.ini file to make the car stop disappearing from @URD
- Roof Led has been change colors. Red for 311, Yellow for 3
and Blue for 2
- As with 2023 skins new pitcrew, and new driver suit provided by @Nagatow
- As well as 2023 helmets by @TheCameraGuy
- Added Le Mans 2023

Since the whole based as been remade, the color has been adjusted as well as car paint.
- Fix the steering wheel not lightning up properly
- Added new rim.
- Added some arrows as well as brake real names.
- No more black square on the leader light

There is a lot more thing we fixed and tweak but i am very lazy to write everything down.
I think i already gave a little taste to the update

- 311 have now correct numberplates on the front
