Bathurst 500 2024 Track Skin 1.1

Firstly, Health & Future Bathurst Track Skins Update

As many of you are aware, I suffer with multiple chronic illnesses, and as a result, I have severely limited energy. Having time away from modding has been very beneficial, and I realise that I need to take better care of my health. I pushed my body too hard at times making mods, which is something that needs to change. Unfortunately, my health continues to deteriorate.

I'm attempting to do the Bathurst 1000 2024 Track skin. This time though, I will be more careful with my health. I'm aiming for a release date between the end of October and the end of November. Advertising around the track in real life, started about two weeks ago, and that's when I started on the mod. Please be aware however, that there is a chance that I may not be able to finish it. This mod will serve as a guide as to what my health allows. Unfortunately, the advertising is quite a bit different from the 500 track skin, so there's quite a bit of work. I'll see how I go. I was hoping Assetto Corsa Evo would have been out by now, so that Kunos could handle Bathurst's advertising.


NED Whisky Add-on

I decided to include an optional add-on in the zip file, that replaces the Monochrome advertising for Ned Whisky, as it is in real life. I haven't done anything similar for the gambling advertising, as I don't wish to have anything to do with gambling. The Monochrome advertising in real life, appeared on the entrance to the pit lane, which is technically possible in the game with the track in its default state, but unfortunately, it duplicates countless times around the track, and the track becomes overwhelmed with it. Hence why no advertising is there.

To install : open the NED Whisky Add-on folder & drag the content folder to your Assetto Corsa folder and replace files. If the track skin is already selected in Content Manager when you installed the add-on, please deselect, then select it again, for the changes to apply.

Installation instructions are also in the zip, including instructions if you wish to have one track skin with Monochrome and one with NED Whisky.
