Balloons and Billboards and Helicopters for Bernese Alps Dec 2019

This overhaul is for the v1.8 version of Bernese Alps, as the previous resource was no longer working properly. For variety, helicopter positions, rotations and model types have now been tailored individually for all six track layouts. New balloons models and configs have had similar treatment, and there's a new 'Bernese Alps' blimp (thanks again to Tberg for the model). All billboard skins are now also included in this update, as lots of them were left out when the track was updated. Thanks again also for original help with the helicopters from Gunnar333 with blade tweaks by Testgame.

You'll need the Alps track of course, which you can get from Legion's blog, F1 Classic forums, GT Planet or from the shader patch discord (and many other places). I'm not allowed to link to it here so please don't ask, and please don't give bad reviews because you can't find the track. Make sure you unzip the stFlow folder in the main track folder and replace the existing kn5s with the new ones from the stFlow folder to get the animated rotor blades on the helicopters.

To install this particular resource, just unzip the folder and put the contents directly into the v1.8 Alps track folder. Overwrite when asked.

Have fun - that's what this fantastic hobby is all about.

Some hue/saturation tweaks, some billboards replaced, and ten additional track skins (total now = 20).
This should be the first and final update. Maybe.
