Update 1.3 to optimize PNG compression

Update 1.3 to optimize PNG compression - reduced file size by approx 66% to minimise lag spikes in mulitplayer.

Fixed incorrect white dive planes at the front - they should have been silver

Thanks to alex21212121 for spotting this mistake!

Added a 2nd option that will work better in multiplayer where other drivers don't have your livery

So there are now two options:
BWT Mücke Motorsport - the "authentic" livery, but is painted on the black carbon base livery so will show as an all black car for other drivers without your livery.
BWT Mücke Motorsport MP - slightly compromised some minor areas of the same livery, but will at least show as a pink car to other players.
