I think you have a wrong file to delete.
The file cruze_rim.dds is wrong. I suppose you can found it in the folder:
Automobilista\Gamedata\Vehicles\WTCC_2016\Chevrolet_Cruze\Teams17
When you find it, please delete it and play the game again.
I hope that this solution is good.

Excellent mod, but still have the GMOTOR 2 error, as someone else commented, and download it today, greetings, we hope to solve the problem.

I changed and modified a ton of things already.
Then the skins have to be renamed anyway...
So just wait for a few days...
