very simple just extract the files in the car folder of your choice ex: for ACFL F1 2022 mod it will go in assettocorsa\content\cars\acfl_f1_2022_williams\skins\albon
for RSS Hybrid it would go in assettocorsa\content\cars\rss_formula_hybrid_x_evo\skins\FW44
if you have installed ACSPRH helmets mod it will no work unless u edit the ext_config.ini if u have this mod installed u will have helmet_2019.dds in your car folder.
