With Custom Shaders Patch, you can use an extension which can attach the Aeroscreen onto the car without having to run an update script and even control which skins you can add it onto, as well as adapt it to other cars, most notably the RSS FH17 that you intended this for, among others.

Perhaps consider re-releasing this mod for a CSP implementation?
