This is very good !

Finally I can play a sim while using the full potential of my controller (i.e. haptic triggers). I wish lots of game devs would get inspired and provide such level of customization to the input and the related assists.

I literally just found a second in lap time with this mod. Unreal.
One of the best mods I've installed yet and definitely enhanced my experience.

Playing AC with my xbox controller without assist is too hard for a noob like me
It's glad that i found this, but I have some issue with installation though.
After paste the two file into my AC folder, i find that there's no option Advanced Gamepad Assist in my CSP GAMEPAD FX(I've enable the active)

I think this script is incredible for what it delivers!
However, I find it very difficult to Drift with it. The car doesn't behave well and, I have the impression, that the car becomes uncontrollable when it loses its rear end. Unfortunately, I ended up choosing to use A7-Assist. I really wish this script had some of the features of A7-Assist for control.
However, I want to congratulate the author for making such a great script! I use it a lot for Touge and motorsport tracks.

This is the best in terms of actual steering but like other reviews, I'm also facing issues with vibrations. Its just a constant vibration instead of using brakes, slip, etc to output vibrations. Please update the vibrations. And also please give a direct option in the app to use default vibration instead of manually editing the code in extras to get AC vibrations until the vibrations are fixed. Thanks

This is extremely comfortable. Sometimes I just want to come home from work and do a couple of laps or a race without having to be mounting and dismounting the wheel, and this is absolutely perfect. Thank you.

Great FX, you can finally use the Xbox controller without suffering! The handling is super, super good but it's a shame because at the same time it feels very flat since with the default vibration you feel everything wherever you go and it gives you more sensation even if it's the Xbox controller and not a steering wheel.
I don't know if it's something general or if for some reason this vibration thing happens to me, I disabled the steam input and it's still the same. Also the app within the game when I expand it comes out grey and nothing can be seen to configure.
Is there a way to get the vibration back? Thank you very much for the work.

Yeah when you first install the mod the default vibration gets turned off because it's not very useful. But you can turn it back on in the settings app if you want. The app not working could be because it wasn't installed right, or maybe a CSP version that's too old. Maybe post in the thread with more info if you can't resolve it.

Thanks for updating (1.5.4). Car feels more consistent while transitioning from low to high speeds. Taking medium to tight curves feels so much nicer now! :)

i lost my forcefeedback after installing this script (xbox one controller ), turn resistance , impulse trigger (brake,acceleration) also missing, sad now i cant play it .

The default vibration will be turned off after installing this, but you can turn it back on if you care to look at the settings, or you can change anything else to your liking for that matter. My mod does add trigger vibrations though, so that should be working, but you might have to turn off Steam input, which is mentioned in the instructions too. But if none of that helps there is still a handy Discussion tab where you can ask questions which is more productive than negative review bombing the second you think you have some issue.

Its very good but often when i brake it acts like throttle as weel. Make it impossible to full stop. I have a xbox controller. Is there a fix for this

Tried a couple of other gamepad scripts before this one, they both numbed the steering of the car to much and I didn't like them. This gives you a menu you can control with presets that allow you to tune the assist exactly to your liking.

Without a doubt the best gamepad script I've tried, the only bad or different thing with the rest is that other scripts vibrate with the game (bumps, pianos, etc.) and this one doesn't, or at least I don't know how to configure it to work.
