Fixes ext_config file typo

The flipped suspension_dds file name reference was misspelled in the ext_config.
Update the ext_confrig with the following.:

[SHADER_REPLACEMENT_1]
MESHES = RF_INTAKE
RESOURCE_0 = txDiffuse
RESOURCE_FILE_0 = SUSPENSIONS_flipped.dds
