2.1, Fixed install for CSP and vanilla AC and some extra features.

Zip can now be installed by Content Mananger.
Issue has been fixed that would cause the app to not show up in vanilla AC.
Added the option for input bars.
Added some more styling options.
Overhould settings menu.
Improved the way traces look on thicker trace sizes.
Trace size option is now also available for vanilla AC.
Update the same way as installing, config.ini is not included so config won't be overwriten

Added steering and G force traces

Steering, lateral and longitudinal G force traces can be enabled in the settings. Also sets a center line if any of these traces are enabled.
G forces traces are denoised, the intensity can be adjusted.
The min and max ranges for the G force traces are adjusted on the fly, gets reset on session load.

Fix performance issue (reworked tracing graph)

Fixed performance issues by reworking the tracing graph to use buffer graphics provided by CSP. Vanilla AC is still supported but uses a different graphing implementation that does not allow for custom trace sizes.
