50% Less Tire Wear 1.0

What line did you edit?

please notice: the mod affects for all drivers not only for you.
i see this in a 100% race in Spain. Hamilton/Bottas only stops
2 times.. (red/white) also others the same race strategy. i mean
the mod is good, and about 33% less wear would be fine (instead 50),
if this affects only me.
