Lovely work, thank you! Is it technically possible to make the front corner flaps of the #4 skin transparent? From what I can see in the crash/wreck photos of its two accidents, neither of the chassis wearing that number had them on when they took to the skies. The team slapped those flaps onto the surviving two cars (#5 and #6) after Webber's 2nd flight.
Reason 1 is simple; erasing the texture from the skin where the diveplanes are located will not make them transparent, but make them revert into a solid black texture. (see this image for a visual explanation https://ibb.co/2sBmJbN)
Reason 2 is that even if you successfully erased the diveplanes from the chassis, it would only be visible when loading into game. This complicates making an accurate AO map for the livery, since the diveplanes still are rendered in content manager showroom. I had originally inteded to go this route for the skins, but quickly abandoned it because of the difficulty of making the AO for the front corners look good.
Basically making diveplaneless versions of this skin is probably a little more trouble than what it's worth.
