I can't remember, honestly. You must check the EEC forum for templates. Maybe it's in GTR2 section.

Great looking livery.
On a side note, how did you paint the wheels? I've been making liveries for a while and I have GT3 templates but I can never figure out how to paint the wheels. Even when the template includes a wheel file, I'm not sure how to link that to the car.

First one, GenString of the car (in veh-file) should have a 2 for the first number in a row — this is a rims gen. 1 is a silver non-paintable rims, 2 is a black paintable.

For that BMW M6 GT3 you should name your textures not just XXXXXXXRims.dds. You should create XXXXXXXRims00.dds and XXXXXXXRims01.dds and then everything will be fine :)
