fixed language bug caused by missing command of driver's names and surnames on english btw sorry because of the time i did it (11 months)

i will make the poll whether should i make based on 2017 version 2018 mod on facebook due to noone currently play f1 2014 or mod f1 2017 so i 'd like to have your feedback on it

HUGE Language update:

• CREATED support for the Portuguese language

AI fixes:

• Haas is now playable
• Fuel burn optimized
• Engine ai performance changed
• Player is faster and has more control
• Ai is less intelligent for all levels except legend

Except Vettel because in my opinion his move on lap 70 was correct.
Ricciardo of course gets accurate number so if you could analyse all drivers podiums you ll recognise that strangely on mexico :

• Unfortunately I can't tell you what has changed because I don't remember but it was made after silverstone so performances should be more accurate to real gp

I made in this version my codes in database RedBull and Toro Rosso to make it work with both season mods - you will not have to make 2 separate skins fot two mods now

• Tyres now has 50% more grip
• Your control is now 100% not 200%
• Ai is now more careful
• Normal amount of retirements
• 50% higher tyre wear
• New tracks materials reaction on car
• If you go to sand you 'll probably have to retire like in normal f1

• Removed (only for carrer Baku [Nurburging] and Mexico [Korea] in order to solve bug with choosing rival[ i 'm nit sure if it helped because fix hasn't been tested
• Order of tracks is from 2016 season but except these two tracks
• You can still play on mexico and baku on gp mode
