rVP prizes in competitions

When I first installed RaceRoom seven years ago, I had no intention of spending money on it, but there was a very cheap pack on Steam, which I bought. Over the years, I bought more content as I grew to like the game, but, of course, I couldn't buy vRP because of my early purchase through Steam. My question is: as all the competition prizes are rVP, does this mean I am ineligible to win prizes?

Where do you want to buy vRP? In the publisher store (https://www.raceroomstore.com)? You can still do that, you just need a separate account in their store. It doesn't matter if you had bought a Steam DLC before.

Apart from that, it's not necessary to buy vRP beforehand. You can simply buy content in the ingame store and it will automatically buy the needed vRP and spend it on the content you want.

You are also eligible to win vRP in competitions.
