Nicky Grist V2 - English co-driver compatible with Luppis V2 pace notes

This mod replaces the French co-driver sounds in Richard Burns Rally and adds additional calls that are compatible with Luppis V2 pace notes. A pre-requisite is to have the PaceNote plugin by WorkerBee. This plugin comes pre-installed with RSF by default.
