AC not running borderless

I can no longer get the game to run in windowed borderless. When not in fullscreen, it only runs in a window with bar and behind the taskbar and in fullscreen, the game always crashes when alt-tabbing or saving telemetry. Does someone know how to fix this (preferably without requiring a reinstall)?

Logs don't really say anything useful neither, normal nor Python logs.

same as you, always in borderless, and now, -_- window border ... have you solved ?

Content manager > Settings > Custom Shaders Patch > DXGI and set Window style to True borderless
