I have the ZenLeaderboard installed and for some reason this is all I get, do you mind telling me what's gone wrong, if at all possible?

I just get a tiny grey box on the screen. no functionality. can you advise what may be wrong? i installed by dragging into content manager. is there an alterantive way to try to install?
