Zagato Gavia 1993 - A specialty coupe manufactured by Zagato for Japan.

The Zagato Gavia is a notchback coupe manufactured by the Italian carrozzeria Zagato for the Japanese market between 1991 and 1993. Based on the Nissan Leopard F31, the exterior and interior were designed by Zagato, and the VG30 engine was tuned to 280 horsepower by Nissan Autech.

The Autech Zagato Stelvio is a sister car and has the same basic package. However, in contrast to its strange design (especially the fender-integrated mirrors), the Gavia has a more flowing styling that captivates...

The suspension seems very soft though. VERY soft. Was the real car known for this?

I know it's not the most conventional of cars to base a skin around, but would ir be possible to update the car so that the car's diffuse texture on the lower half of the car isn't superceded by the detail texture? As it stands, any livery designs applied to the lower half of the car are washed out by the paint colour as seen below:
