"Your IP address is banned" - sometimes, and with no reason

Hi.
Intermittently I get an error message when trying to download something from racedepartment.com
"Oops We ran into some problems
Your IP address is banned"

I am already logged in. AFAIK I have done nothing to deserve a ban. Strange thing is once in a while it works, no problem, then its back to this error message for days on end. If I try downloading (with the same login creds) using my mobile hotspot, then it works, but that's obviously not a good solution.

Something to do with my ISP's IP perhaps? Any suggestions on how I can workaround this?

OK, yes it was indeed your ISP (it's heavily used by spammers).
We rarely block IP addresses - it's really only when we see frequent abuse.
Nonetheless I've tweaked the settings and this will hopefully help you.
I can't promise that it will stay "fixed" though - if we get more abuse from the IP ranges in question they may be blocked again.
