Wrong amount of ram in Config file

As the title says, I have 16gb installed and all the config shows me is SystemRAM=2044. Same for my video ram, I have a 3gb card but config shows me this VideoRAM=4064. Any ideas why ? thank you.

No idea why but you can change these settings yourself.
Automobilista is 32-bit so it wont read/use all 16gb anyway

Been confirmed many times that AMS does not use that file anymore. Actually, I think it's way back since SCE late versions.
