Wreckfest has received it's third update of the month thanks to a new hotfix deployed by Bugbear Entertainment earlier today.
Fresh off the back of the January (well February actually) major build release, Bugbear have been hard at work addressing many of the unexpected issues that arose as part of what was frankly a sizable new build. Highlights include multiplayer crash fixes and career improvements.
Available immediately next time the player opens Steam, the new build hotfix notes can be seen in full below..
January Update - Hotfix 2 Details
- MP: Server browser no longer crashes in certain cases.
- MP: Spectate mode no longer crashes on certain tracks.
- MP: Ban list size is now 1024 entries.
- Career: Championships 3–5 no longer require 100% completion of the previous championship to unlock.
- Boomer Rear Bumper 1 no longer yields extra horsepower.
- Lap counter now works correctly on modded tracks.
- Example track no longer crashes the game.
