Wipers and such stuff

Hi

I started sim-racing wuth GTR Evo and now I'm exploring GTR2.
But some stuff is really different here.

For example where the heck can I set the wiper button ?
And I also did some racing with weight penalties.
But is there a possibilty to set the penalty in training ?

I could be wrong but the wipers don't work in GTR2 - that's why you cant find somewhere to set it.
