Read the page before you just blindingly ask how
'Choose which livery you want, then open the folder named drag and drop. Inside you should see a folder named F1 2018. Copy that folder into your steam directory which should be found at C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common. Once copied, windows will ask you to replace the files. Just click the first option."
