Where can I find a good graphics mod or how can I get better graphics?

get sweetfx 1.5.1 https://www.guru3d.com/files-get/sweetfx-shader-suite-download,2.html you can play with the different settings in sweetfx settings.ini and see what you like press SCROLL LOCK to turn ON/OFF to compare it to original, all i have turned on is HDR set it to 1.5

or get ENB San Andreas 0.75 http://enbdev.com/mod_gtasa_v0075.htm Shift+12 turns on/off
