Where is racer_nocg.exe ? (not in 8.37)

I downloaded Racer0.8.37.7z but the nocg exe file is not in there, despite the download page saying its included:

  - Download & unzip Racer0.8.37.7z (52Mb - on MediaFire; requires 7-Zip).

What was the last version to include the racer_nocg.exe file?
I'm guessing I'll just be told to download an older version, unless someone can give me a direct link to this file alone?

I'm wanting to try the game out on my netbook, obviously it doesn't run on it, despite having 256mb vram, it probably doesn't support Cg. It crashes out with a "fatal error"

Try the latest version, 0.0838, it's in there.
