Where are the options Mark Forums-Threads Read

As the title says I dont have the options mark forums threads read.
I missed something.

Click the FORUM header (between NEWS & STORE), and select 'Mark Forums Read' from the menu.

You will then get another option about marking just the forum you are in currently, or all forums
