Interesting read and another angle on it, I think - especially after yesterdays 3rd fastest time at COTA - everything points to him driving Full Time there next year. He's got the Supercars Crown, he's still at a good age to move on and what could be more tempting than IndyCar with a Team he now knows so well.
Ambrose went and did "alright" at NASCAR, a spell in the States for Scotty could be more successful especially in a category with more Road courses. There's no doubting he has the speed & skill to be a good single seater driver, if he does move I'll follow him much like I did with the aforementioned Tasmanian...and that would be a grand excuse to visit the Indy500!
