Thank you, I downloaded that, opened it and highlighted the files I wanted open, it seems to have done something, but my Shift game cars race the same as before ??? Could you possible tell me what exactly to do, or is there a sticky on it.

Its called peazip, and it can open almost anything, and its for free. (different ways to extract a file to folders)

I'm using it now for several years. 32bit and 64bit.
