While we´ve known about subscription models in simracing for quite a while (in form of iRacing etc) it is now also moving into hardware - in form of a subscription model on the new Crystal Super.

As someone who likes iRacing, I cannot justify its model of subscription plus purchasing the content on top of it. If any sim wants to adopt a subscription model, they cannot do the same thing as iRacing with that having a firm stranglehold on many sim racers.

As for hardware, what? Absolutely not. What happens if you unsubscribe, do bailiffs break into your home and take it away? :roflmao:
