Weird crystal effect on mod

Hello need some help with an issue I have got with a mod it has some weird crystal effect on it dunno if anyone knows how to fix it?

This looks like a mod that has been encrypted to hide the fact that it uses a stolen mesh.

It’s encrypted. You’ll need to use Content Manager.

Any fix? Or how i can decrypt it? i have the same problem whit a 87 Civic EF Sedan

well i also have this problem with another car of mine and my 2 guesses is it either is encrypted or it requires a custom shaders patch if you need one look up "Sol shaders patch assetto corsa"
