Short after I did the model of water animation the CSP had the water shader updated with config

It looks different when model is active and not so it`s up to you which one you like more. To have the previous version of light colored animated water the above code from "..\AssettoCorsa\extension\config\tracks\loaded\ks_black_cat_county.ini" have to be deleted.
In order for the lighting config to not get overwritten every time the CHP loads new version of the config file you may want to move the customized "ks_black_cat_county.ini" in "..\AssettoCorsa\extension\config\tracks\".
