"Warning: Driving too slow" during safety car

This is incredibly annoying, whenever there's safety car the vehicles are still quick and whenever I struggle to catch up for reasons like, AI crashing in front of me, I always get showed this warning message, and whenever I don't catchup the game puts me at the back of the grid before green flag.
