This car flies under many flags: VRC, CART, Indycar, Formula NA (North America), 1999 and road-kit, but whichever description you prefer, it's my favorite Indycar. Ten-lap race setup.
Edit: Just so you know - there was no Indy Racing League event at the Glen in 1999, so you won't be able to swap lap times and bench racing tales.
